About Darran.

After getting a desk job and years of an inactive lifestyle, Darran decided he needed a change. Bad habits caught up to him and he soon found himself overweight and unhealthy. He tried the big box gym routine but never stuck with it. In 2015, he decided to stop in and try a free intro class and was immediately hooked. The community and the camaraderie was what he needed to stick to a fitness routine. Shortly after joining, he also discovered a love for Obstacle Course racing and has since competed in Canada and the UK.


A year later, Darran decided to go for his Crossfit L1 Certificate to help others continue to better themselves mentally and physically the same way he did. Shortly after, he decided to get his Precision Nutrition Level 1 certificate to further help people achieve their goals.
