About Adam.

I started my career in the fitness industry working as a personal trainer at a few globo gyms. I was able to build my resume and accomplish some great things there and help a lot of people, including helping who would eventually become my fiancée lose 120+ pounds! I always believed in functional training, even if the goal is weight loss or muscle gain, so the transition to CrossFit was seamless. I joined a CrossFit gym, and encouraged my clients to try it too and come with me. A few months later, Ray Fleser offered me a job to coach some CrossFit classes and train my clients here. Fast forward a few years and I’m loving every second of it.  Coaching never feels like work. I feed off the energy of a class. When the music is loud, the lifts are big, and the fist bumps are flying, it reminds me why we do what we do. It’s my mission to help as many people as possible. No matter the goal, CrossFit is truly the best method to get you there.
